1. You click "order" on the website,then fill your information and fill the products information.we will send the email to tell you the shipping cost and also the payment details.

2. You can down load the Order Form(EXCEL FORM),add the picture or write the item no ,quantity,size ,address,tel ect , please send this EXCEL FORM to me by email when you have fished your order.

3. Send us an e-mail at "server@ecshoe.com" with your order list, Please make sure you write the product name or our product ID number and the quantity ,size you need.

4. When you had order on the website please send us a email "server@ecshoe.com" to tell me.

5. After you made the payment transfer, please mark down our proforma invoice number or your purchase order number on the remittance confirmation copy and send to us by email or fax.

6. The shipment will be arranged once our banker confirm your payment. The lead time will mark down at the proforma invoice.

6.Our shipping department will email / fax to you for the tracking number once released the shipment.

What Unite Price ?
The Unite Price is not including shipping cost, because different forwarder the shipping cost is different.

How long does it take for delivery?   
 For most of orders, we need about 5 to 7 business days for delivery as soon  as the payment is cofirmed  from your side.but please note the public long holidays of China will affect the shipment time.During holiday, we will inform you.

 We will sent the shoes direct to your door by courier.

All the  shoes will come with origianl boxes & its packing surely.
